Here are few photos I took for Allswell last week. The quail looked funny stretched out like that but it was might delicious.

Last Friday I got invited to friends and family night at Allswell, Chef Nate Smith's new restaurant in Williamsburg (124 Bedford Ave at N. 10th St).
The whole night was fantastic. I was mostly in the kitchen while Nate, Alexis and Sara were pumping out dish after dish. I"m thrill to go back and eat some more because the food that night...oh the food that night was so delicious. Also they have the awesomest wallpapers.
